We know that the cost of healthcare is complicated and often a stressful part of a patient’s experience. We encourage you to understand your insurance policy, including deductibles and co-pays, and ask any questions that arise at the time of your visit or at any point in the billing process by contacting our financial office at (361) 855-8700.

Reliant Emergency Room has always practiced full transparency in billing. Accordingly, we support HB2041 and are pleased to share our full chargemaster list below.

Prices below are based on the most current chargemaster as of 1/1/21 and many times are adjusted to reflect lower allowed amounts by insurance or in relation to self-pay rates.

Existing network contracts determine final charges and often result in substantially lower billing and total prices. Reliant ER does not balance bill and never charges more than any insurance plan allows after processing the claims. That does not negate your deductible or out-of-pocket expenses pre-determined by you and your insurance company.

Emergency Physician fees are not included in the rates below however, at Reliant ER, there are no additional consulting fees or charges for other specialty services outside our dedicated emergency physicians’ care.
